Presentation

We offer you, on the banks of the Etang de Thau, in Bouzigues, a charming stop in our shellfish and regional products shop to find the quality of the producer at home on your plate, or installed opposite Sète, on our tasting area! With us the concept "from the producer to the consumer" is not a vain idea, it is a reality! For 4 generations, our family, the David's, has been perpetuating the tradition of oyster and mussel farming in the Thau basin. We work in close collaboration with local craftsmen to offer you a wide range of regional products such as mussels stuffed with Sète sauce, black olive tapenade, but also the famous zézettes from Sète and honey from the beehives of Mèze.
