Delicious oysters! All year round, shellfish farmers Karine & Yvan Caussel share their profession with groups, individuals, families and school children by appointment at their farmhouse, overlooking the Thau Lagoon at Mèze. Visitors have a guided tour followed by a tasting session or lunch break, with a mixture of raw or cooked shellfish. Seminars are catered for in a room with panoramic views. An unmissable trip for mouthwatering memories! Novel fishing boat full of shellfish ready for you to sample with your cocktails and by request, we provide external projector presentations. So many secrets!
